The Trust has launched a special "Long John Silver " ale, through the kind sponsorship of a local Real Ale brewer, Wickwar Brewery , This beer, in keeping with its namesake, is fortified with "A Little Extra Hop". Long John Silver beer features at a number of West Country Beer Festivals, and can be purchased at a number of local public houses in and around Bristol, including the Trust's office based at The Beaufort Arms , Hawkesbury Upton and at Wickwar Brewery
